01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "pkwin," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the company operating the pkwin platform at pkwin.vu, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" refers to the pkwin website accessible at pkwin.vu, including all games, betting services, live dealer sections, promotional interfaces, payment gateways, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "User," "You," "Your," "Member" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pkwin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered account created by a User on the pkwin platform, identified by a username and password and linked to a verified email address and Pakistani mobile number.
• "Game Balance" or "Real Money Balance" refers to funds held in your pkwin account that have been deposited using an accepted payment method and are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spin winnings, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account under pkwin's active bonus programme, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total monetary amount a User must bet using Bonus Balance before it becomes eligible for conversion to Real Money Balance and subsequent withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to pkwin's identity verification procedures, which may require Users to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory where accessing or using the pkwin platform is illegal under applicable local law.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to all trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, content, designs, software, databases, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to pkwin.

02Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules communicated to you through the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkwin regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties, whether written or oral.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pkwin platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any translation being made available for the convenience of Pakistani Users, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

03Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a pkwin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform.
• You are a human individual. Registrations made by automated means, bots, or on behalf of corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are strictly prohibited.
• You are registering and playing in your own name, for your own personal and recreational use, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended pkwin account. Each individual may hold only one pkwin account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Access to and use of the pkwin platform is not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of pkwin is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pkwin or been permanently banned from the Platform for any reason.
• All information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes.

pkwin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.

04Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

pkwin will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pkwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pkwin account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkwin immediately through our live support channel. pkwin will investigate the matter in good faith but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to your notification.

pkwin reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address dated within three months, and documentary evidence of ownership of any payment method used to fund your account. Accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is provided.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pkwin's support team. If you have a Bonus Balance subject to active wagering requirements at the time of closure, that Bonus Balance will be forfeited on closure. Real Money Balance that is cleared and withdrawable will be returned to you using your verified payment method, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast instant payment system, and 1LINK IBFT transfers. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change, and pkwin will endeavour to notify Users of any material changes.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be triggered for large single deposits or unusual deposit patterns. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically clear in real time. Bank transfers via IBFT or Raast typically clear within 15–30 minutes during normal banking hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your own name that have been used to fund your pkwin account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pkwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

5.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. You must not use payment methods belonging to any other person to fund your pkwin account, and you must not request withdrawals to accounts held in any name other than your own. Any attempt to use third-party payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant financial crime authorities.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on pkwin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkwin does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a User's bank or payment provider are the User's sole responsibility.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. pkwin offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and enhanced odds on cricket and sports markets. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all pkwin bonus amounts must be wagered through the Platform a minimum number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated for each individual bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. pkwin operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; making qualifying deposits with the intent to withdraw before completing any wagering; exploiting a mathematical loophole in bonus terms; using automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. pkwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.

6.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. pkwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to not adversely affecting bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering requirements.

6.5 PSL and Seasonal Promotions. During PSL season and other significant cricket events, pkwin may offer enhanced odds or specific cricket betting promotions. These are subject to the same general bonus terms above, plus any additional terms stated in the specific PSL promotion communication.

07Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games available on pkwin — including slots, table games, crash games, and virtual sports — are developed by licensed game studios and independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The certification process verifies that game outcomes are genuinely random and that the published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games streamed through pkwin's MT Live section are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment (cards, wheels) in purpose-built studios. These games are subject to real-time monitoring and are not RNG-based. The rules for each live dealer game variant are displayed within the game interface before each session.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, pkwin will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state wherever technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any stakes placed in that round will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance. pkwin is not liable for losses resulting from network connectivity issues on the User's side.

7.4 Disputes. If you believe a game outcome on pkwin was incorrectly recorded, you must raise the dispute with our support team within 48 hours of the game session, providing the relevant game round ID. pkwin will investigate using server-side game logs. The decision of pkwin's technical team, following investigation, shall be final.

08Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Market Availability. pkwin offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, IPL, and BBL), along with selected other sports. The availability of specific markets is subject to operational discretion and may vary by event, time, and regulatory considerations.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets on pkwin are accepted at pkwin's sole discretion. pkwin reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without explanation. Bets are not confirmed until the Platform has issued an explicit acceptance confirmation. In the event of any system error during bet placement, the bet will be void.

8.3 Odds Changes. Odds displayed on pkwin are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. pkwin uses decimal odds and is not responsible for any misunderstanding of odds format. The odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance are final and binding.

8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is offered subject to market availability and system latency. pkwin's in-play odds are updated continuously during live events. Bets placed during any system delay will be accepted at the odds prevailing at the time of server-side acceptance, not the odds displayed on screen during any latency period.

8.5 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond 48 hours from its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets placed after an event has started, additional specific rules apply as set out in the PKWin cricket betting rules documentation.

8.6 Maximum Payout Limits. pkwin reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or across cumulative same-event winnings. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the pkwin betting interface and are subject to change.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkwin platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information at any stage.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the pkwin platform — including but not limited to game lobbies, betting interfaces, and promotional forms.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly extract value from the pkwin platform at the expense of other Users.
• Using the pkwin platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity. pkwin maintains full anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities without notice to the User.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of an exploited error are void and will be reversed from your account.
• Accessing the pkwin platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkwin support staff, other Users, or live dealer personnel in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the pkwin platform or its underlying software.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the technical infrastructure of the pkwin platform, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographical restrictions or misrepresent your location.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the pkwin platform — including but not limited to the pkwin brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game graphics and animations, text, images, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the exclusive property of pkwin or is licensed to pkwin by its respective owners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkwin platform for your own personal and recreational purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, display, or create derivative works from any pkwin content without explicit prior written consent from pkwin.

The pkwin trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service other than those of pkwin, and may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that disparages or discredits pkwin.

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 The pkwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. pkwin expressly disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11.2 pkwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if pkwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 pkwin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by pkwin's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11.5 pkwin is not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, including but not limited to displayed odds, game RTPs, and promotional terms, where the inaccuracy was due to a technical error and was corrected within a reasonable time.

12Responsible Gaming

12.1 Age Verification. pkwin maintains a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered Members. pkwin reserves the right to verify your age at any stage using any available means, including requesting documentary evidence. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their account permanently closed and all balances, including any Real Money Balance, will be forfeited.

12.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. pkwin provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Member's account settings. These include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders and limits; self-exclusion (temporary periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days); and permanent account closure. These tools are implemented within a reasonable technical timeframe following your request.

12.3 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude, you may do so via your account settings or by contacting pkwin support. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be blocked from creating new accounts. pkwin will use reasonable endeavours to remove you from marketing communications during self-exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

12.4 Responsible Gaming Resources. pkwin encourages any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek support. Our Responsible Gaming page contains detailed information on self-assessment, support resources, and the responsible gaming framework pkwin operates under.

13Suspension & Termination

13.1 By pkwin. pkwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; provision of false information during registration or KYC; bonus abuse; violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Clause 9; or where required to do so by our licensing authority or a competent legal authority.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination by pkwin for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Following investigation, cleared Real Money Balance may be returned at pkwin's sole discretion. Bonus Balance, pending withdrawals from voided bets, and any winnings obtained in connection with the breach are permanently forfeited upon termination for cause.

13.3 By the User. You may terminate your pkwin account at any time by contacting our support team and requesting permanent closure. Cleared Real Money Balance at the time of User-initiated closure will be returned to your verified payment method following KYC verification if required.

14Amendments to These Terms

pkwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — pkwin will provide notice through the Platform, by email to your registered address, or through a prominent notice on the pkwin website, at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material changes — including editorial corrections, clarifications, and formatting updates — the amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without separate notification.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated with each revision. The current version of these Terms is always accessible via the pkwin website footer. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkwin holds its international gaming license. pkwin's gaming license does not constitute an endorsement of online gambling legality in any jurisdiction where such activity may be restricted.

15.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal. In the event of any dispute between you and pkwin — including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus terms, account management, or payment processing — you must first contact pkwin's support team and allow pkwin a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat in English and Urdu.

15.3 Dispute Resolution — Escalation. If your dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within 21 calendar days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified under pkwin's gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are available from pkwin's compliance team on written request submitted to [email protected].

15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkwin in relation to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, and understandings.
